If you’re a fan of GIANT Microbes like I am, you’ll love this new project from Glasgow City of Science. It’s simply brilliant and the best part? You can get involved!
GCS is collecting 980 knitted microbes for a hand hygiene project early next year. They’re introducing primary school children to microbes and what better way to do it than through fun fiber creations?
If knitting microbes like the common cold, salmonella or swine flu floats your boat, get in touch with the folks from Glasgow City of Science: http://www.glasgowcityofscience.com/get-involved/knitting-microbes — they need you!
