Meet Gwril, ‘The Scary Bridge Troll’ – Now That’s How You Do a Yarn Bomb!

Llwyngwril is a village in Gwynedd, sitting on the Cambrian Coast of Wales. It has about 500 residents and many must love to crochet, because the whole town is yarn bombed!

One writer stumbled upon the village returning from a beach trip and stopped to marvel at it all. I’m glad she did, the pictures she took are telling and wonderful.

I want to go there. (I did live in Wales for a brief spell in 1999 but sadly nowhere near this village …)
