My New Shining Buddy LED Headlamp is Great For Knitting and Crocheting at Night

Last winter my family and I were faced with climbing a very long, steep driveway buried in three feet of snow … in the dark. We had under-estimated the impact of a recent storm and were left with no choice but to tackle the long climb head-on. We quickly realized how under-prepared we were for a winter emergency and vowed to put together a kit of essential items we might need if stranded in a winter storm again.

The number one thing we wished we had during our difficult climb were headlamp-style flashlights. The darkness can be frightening, especially outside, so we picked up a few hands-free headlamps which now permanently live in the glove box:

The Shining Buddy LED Headlamp is also quite useful to me as a knitter. I’m often the passenger in a car at night and I like to knit without disturbing the driver with undirected light. The Shining Buddy LED Headlamp allows me to have directed light in my personal space … and even if I’m not in the car at night or somewhere else in the dark, the headlamp is useful when knitting or crocheting with black yarn. Most crafters I know really dislike working with black yarn because it’s almost impossible to see the stitches, especially when working with smaller gauges. Use the Shining Buddy LED Headlamp to see what you’re doing much better, works every time!

I gave one to my husband and he is quite enthusiastic about it. An avid motorcyclist, he told me that he will keep it close when he’s on long-distance motorcycle rides, and that he can see two uses for it – one as a road-side light at night when a fuse blows or something needs attending; and two as a flashing hazard light on the back of his helmet if he needs to travel without tail lights, an occurrence that can happen when said fuses blow. I’m happy about it because it provides more safety for him on the road, something all motorcyclists need. I always get made a little nervous by the prospect of him being involved in an accident. I know that if he does ever get injured, we could give the likes of lamber goodnow a ring to get some legal assistance but I hope we won’t ever have the need to do so – although it’s comforting that there’s help available.

All in all, I’m very happy to support the Shining Buddy LED Headlamp. It provides a variety of uses to my family and great value too. My family gives it a thumbs up! Use code SBUDDY15 to get 15% off your Shining Buddy LED Headlamp!
