Louise Bourgeois’ Maman Sculpture Gets Yarn Bombed By Magda Sayeg

Who wants to go to Japan to see Magda Sayeg’s latest installation with me?
From April 25 to May 27, late French-American sculptor Louis Bourgeois’s Maman sculpture and its surrounding 66 Plaza will be transformed by the amazing handiwork of Magda Sayeg, a noted textile artist who uses eye-catching wool coverings to turn everyday cityscapes into explosions of color. This will be Sayeg’s first installation in Asia.
