If you want something to dress up, get a doll not a Tortoise, Tortoises have existed since the era of the dinosaurs, some 300 million years ago so they have been surviving in the wild as they are for longer than man has been about and do not do well if left to their own devices in a temperate climate like ours, but putting clothes on prevents them getting much needed heat and UV from the sun, they do not generate their own heat so do not keep warm with woolies on.
