I am very intrigued by this pom-pom cake, dreamed up by Kara of Kailo Chic.

It would be a fun challenge to combine Kara’s amazing pom-pom cake tutorial with this knitted cake tutorial … combine these two techniques and the possibilities are truly endless. Pom-pom topped beanies, pom-pom shaped cupcakes, big pom-poms, small pom-poms – all delicious and fun!
