
Knitting Makes Lots of Appearances at the 2018 Olympic Winter Games in PyeongChang, South Korea!

Everyone loves her oversized chunky-knit hat! The 17-year-old American snowboarder Chloe Kim won her first Games gold as the teenage sensation romped to victory in the halfpipe at the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics on Tuesday.

Next up, he’s baaaack! The Finnish snowboard team’s coach Antti Koskinen is knitting again … via Yahoo Sports.
“If you followed the Sochi Olympics closely, you may remember Koskinen. He’s done this before. Koskinen explained to Yahoo Sports back in 2014 that he brought out the knitting kit in order to keep things light for the athletes before competition began. Tonteri in particular thought it was funny, so the coach brought the scarf he was working on up the mountain for the freestyle snowboarding event.”
