My family loves popsicles … and it’s perfectly fine with me since there are so many healthy options with real fruit. I often make my own popsicles, especially in the summertime, so I was excited when the opportunity to review a Popsicle Molds Set from Lebice came my way.

The first thing that caught my eye in this unique set is the pink collapsible funnel. Sure, it helps with minimizing mess but it occurred to me that it can also help with creating the perfect layered masterpiece and it did! Other items unique to this set include a brush for cleaning and a popsicle recipe book to get you started.

I decided to make a layered popsicle, starting first with a half cup of frozen blueberries blended with some almond milk. I let that set in the freezer for about an hour and then I added a middle layer of fresh strawberries blended with yogurt, and for the third layer, I blended a banana with a little almond milk and yogurt leftover from the previous two mixes. Then I put the lids on a placed them back in the freezer for a couple hours.

Here they are, just out of the freezer. They look delicious!

The popsicle slipped out of the BPA-free mold fairly easily. You can run it under hot water for a second to loosen it up or I found the heat from my hands was enough to do the trick.
