Get the pattern via Ravelry, designed by Amanda Stephens, a formally-trained chemist who loves the challenge of mixing yarns. This look is achieved by holding two yarns together, fingering and DK, to achieve a worsted weight. She used Hedgehog Fibres Sock and Hedgehog Fibres Merino DK held together and if you prefer just to use worsted weight yarn, I made some suggestions below.
