Some honeymoons involve beaches and cocktails. Mine involved mud, wind, and penguins – and honestly, no regrets. Back in 2004 my husband Collin (who’s an incredible artist btw, check out his work) and I spent our honeymoon in the Falkland Islands penguin watching, where we got up close with Rockhoppers, Magellanics, Gentoos, King penguins, and one very lost Erect-crested who had clearly taken a wrong turn somewhere along the way (they are native to New Zealand).
