Skylanders Sprocket Cosplay Knit By Jennifer Lori

Skylanders Sprocket Cosplay Knit By Jennifer Lori

Wow. Wow. Wow! Jennifer Lori sent me these fabulous pics of her absolutely off-the-hook Sprocket costume, made especially for last weekend’s ComicCon in Montreal. Here’s her breakdown:

“I cosplayed as Sprocket from the kids’ video game series Skylanders, and made everything except the black pants/shirt. The wig is the only thing that had an existing pattern (it’s a very modified, doubled and stuffed Hallowig from knitty.com) and I made up everything else. The wig is knit, the goggles are plastic canvas with real lenses, the vest is knit, the gauge is plastic canvas, the gloves are knit with plastic canvas straps, the belt is plastic canvas, the peplums are knit and embroidered and have plastic canvas inserts, and the boots are both knitting and plastic canvas.”

My favourite part is the wrench. She didn’t want to have to carry a purse … you have to see it, just scroll down.
