I met Iviva very briefly a couple years ago. She’s one of those magical storytellers who, once you meet, forever occupies a part of your brain – in a good way! Working in narrative and sculptural embroidery, her subject matter is quite varied, simultaneously fun and challenging. She shows in New York often but if you’re not in the area, her web site hosts a large gallery of her work.
