Who Knew You Could Crochet On a Cracker … And Make It Look So Good!

Who Knew You Could Crochet On a Cracker … And Make It Look So Good!

Before this post is even live, I can already hear the cries, “why?” … “I don’t understand” … and my personal favorite, from the depths of patriarchy, “what a waste,” an accusation seldom leveled against male artists.

When I saw Bridghid Michele Renee’s amazing cracker creation in one of my favorite Facebook groups (Mildly Offensive Fiber Artists), I knew I had to reach out and ask for her permission to share on KnitHacker. She said yes! I’m glad too, because she was feeling bad since another crochet group was so critical of her art that she left the group!

If that’s not enough, she also crocheted a tiny bag for a cherry tomato:

I love ephemeral art! I think Bridghid is a genius and I can’t wait to see more of her “mildly offensive” work!
