Designer Spotlight: Knit & Crochet Patterns To Celebrate Bunny Rabbits

Designer Spotlight: Knit & Crochet Patterns To Celebrate Bunny Rabbits

Every week I highlight one of my favorite knit, crochet and fiber art designers on Etsy!

This week I’m featuring knit and crochet rabbit patterns! Our family just adopted a pet rabbit from our local SPCA and she’s amazing. A group of rabbits is called a colony but you may also come across the supposed collective noun fluffle which it turns out is completely made up! Additionally, the Rabbit is the fourth of the 12-year cycle of animals which appear in the Chinese zodiac related to the Chinese calendar, last celebrated in 2023 and will be again in 2035. The sign of Rabbit is a symbol of longevity, peace, and prosperity in Chinese culture. Famous rabbits include, Albert Einstein, Michael Jordan, Angelina Jolie, Lionel Messi, and Brad Pitt, and many more!

Below is a selection of rabbit-inspired patterns to make this year … check back often, I’ll be adding to the collection regularly!
